Bonide Wilt Stop
| You can add a personal touch to wreaths and garland by adding the berries from Nandinas, Indian Hawthorn, Pyracantha, and rose hips. There is a wealth of decorating items growing in your yard. Also, this is a perfect time to trim junipers, pines, and redwoods, while the weather is cool and the insect activity is low. But don't throw the clippings away as you can used them in your holiday decorations. To keep these and other greens fresh, spray them with Bonide Wilt Stop. Bonide Wilt Stop, the Chap Stick for plants, helps prevent moisture loss from the needles and other foliage. |

Poinsettia
| The holiday season wouldn't be the same without a Poinsettia. Besides the traditional red, white and pink, Navlet's has a selection of bicolor or multicolor varieties. To keep the leaves from turning yellow, keep your plants out of a draft and avoid over watering by draining the water out of the colored pot covers or saucer. |

Walkways and Garden Paths
| Walkways and garden paths can be kept accessible during the rainy season lay down landscape fabric or Week Block covered with two- inch layer of bark. You may need to add additional bark as the rainy season progresses. This helps minimize the mud that is tracked all over the place. |

Cut Christmas Trees
| All cut Christmas trees should be placed in a water stand while indoors. Before placing it in the stand, make a fresh cut by removing an inch or two off the base or trunk of the tree. A Christmas tree will reseal itself within two to three hours. You can't be sure how long the tree has been out of water before you brought it home. And finally, the check the stand daily and replenish the water as necessary. |
