Gather The Materials

Patience & Timing
Be patient and time your planting according to the particular season's weather pattern. Don't rush Mother Nature; planting early won't guarantee earlier harvests.

Pest Control
Be vigilant from the start in protecting your garden from pests. The first few nights are often critical, when snails or slugs can wipe out an entire crop of tender young plants.
