Variety
is Said to be... the Spice of Life
Variety
is said to be the spice of life, but wide climate differences can
offer challenges to gardeners. Sometimes, while a sunny quadrant
of the garden bakes in the midday sun, another section of the same
yard offers a cool, shaded retreat.
Our
two featured plants solve both the common garden problems of growing
in different extremes of temperature while providing beautiful summer
color and desirable varieties in height and texture. |

Lantana "Lucky"
The
Lantana "Lucky" series grows upright, reaching a height
of 3 feet, and thrives in full, hot sun. It can be planted in pots,
hanging baskets, and window boxes on sunny decks and patios. The
attractive flowers are also a favorite of butterflies and hummingbirds.
The aromatic oils in the leaves appear to have a repellent effect
on insects. This makes Lantana a relatively low-maintenance, beautiful
addition to your garden. |

For
the other side of your garden, we offer the boldly colored Fiesta
Double Impatiens. They can reach 16 inches in height and will provide
luminous color all summer long in a variety of garden locations. Impatiens
thrive in both shade and partial shade. Plus they are self-cleaning,
so there is no need to remove old blooms. |

between, Navlet's is sure to have a solution for you!
